How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 3–4 business days across Pakistan.

For selected areas in Quetta, same-day delivery may be available. We plan to expand this service to more cities in the future.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we offer:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Bank Transfer

  • JazzCash

  • Easypaisa

Bank Transfer, JazzCash, and Easypaisa payments are currently available for WhatsApp orders. Website payment options will be added soon.

Can I return a product?

Yes. Customers can request a return within 5 days of receiving their order.

MR HSW provides free returns according to our return policy.

Do all products come with a warranty?

No. Warranty is available only on selected products.

Warranty information is clearly mentioned on the product page. Warranty periods vary depending on the product and may range from a few months to one year.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, MR HSW provides a PostEx tracking number.

Simply enter the tracking number on the PostEx tracking page to see the current status and location of your package.

Does MR HSW sell digital products?

Currently, MR HSW does not sell digital products.

Does MR HSW sell used products?

Yes. Used electronics are available through our dedicated platform, MR HSW Used Items.

All used products are tested before being offered for sale.

Do you have pick-up points?

Not yet. Pick-up points are planned for the future to make order collection easier for customers.
