Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending products for warranty claims.

MR HSW recommends using a reliable courier service and keeping the tracking information until the process is completed.

Replacement Policy

If the warranty claim is approved, MR HSW will replace the product with the same item or an equivalent replacement, depending on availability.

Warranty claims do not qualify for cash refunds unless otherwise stated.
